Caliente has matured into a lovely large bodied mare with bone to spare. She is an easy breeder, foaler and excellant mother. She has one scar on the front side of her left hind leg from a cut as a weanling.
Caliente was green broke on cattle and working well. Due to an injury from kicking at another mare through a board fence, she was retired to broodmare status for several years.
As she has been left open, I am now conditioning her slowly to get her under saddle again. Her leg injury seams to have healed completely. Once she is going again under saddle, I will post photos on her page.
